Turn Key Rough Carpentry
JRT specializes in turn key rough carpentry construction. We handle ordering the material, constructing the walls on site, assembling the floor system, and any required pickup carpentry. We like to sick frame all our projects as it produces a tighter frame than prefabricated panels. We complete all our pickup framing and inspections as we go up so by the time we are at the roof the building is near 100% complete.
AutoCAD Modeling
Eliminate mistakes in the field, coordinate with key MEPF contractors & save time in the schedule. JRT provides a complete AutoCAD model for all buildings we construct. This allows for an accurate construction in the field and flushes out any constructability issues before we ever hit the site. Through this process we generate a list of questions to review with the GC and design team to get your project dialed months in advance.
