JRT was established in 2010 by brothers Tim & Joe Green, who shared a vision of delivering high-quality craftsmanship. After 20 years working as carpenters, the 2008 financial crisis lead to a reset. A leading Seattle area developer planted the seed that Tim & Joe need to open their own outfit. Along with business partner Robert Phillips JRT was formed in August of 2010. Leveraging their extensive experience and dedication to the trade, they were able to bootstrap the operation into a successful business. Ten years later, Jordan Green joined forces with Tim & Joe to help modernize and streamline the business operations. Drawing on the invaluable experience from Tim & Joe, combined with the innovative and modern approach to construction brought by Jordan, JRT has produced over 3 million square feet of wood frame. This collaboration has not only enhanced the efficiency of their processes but also established a reputation for excellence in the industry. Over the years, JRT has cultivated a team of the best carpenters and foremen in the PNW, who share the same commitment to quality and customer satisfaction. With most of their work coming from repeat clients, JRT has built lasting relationships that speak volumes about their reliability and the trust they have earned within the community.
