JRT was established in 2010 by brothers Tim & Joe Green. Both with an extensive background in wood framing, they decided to open their own outfit. 10 years and 30+ projects later business is booming. With RFPs flooding in daily and lots of work from satisfied repeat clients, JRT has grown into a major player in the PNW construction market.

Tim Green – Managing Member

Tim is one of two owners of JRT Northwest. Tim handles all of JRT’s estimates, contracts and finances along with a myriad of other management responsibilities. Tim’s background of 35+ years on on site experience allows him to identify problem areas in the building and provide complete estimates based on real-life experience.

Joe Green – Managing Member

Joe is the second owner of JRT Northwest. Joe manages all on site activity. Joe’s background of 35+ years and thorough knowledge of the layout process allows him to ensure the building is erected in a precise and efficient manner.

Robert Philips – General Superintendent

Robert is the on site eyes and ears of the JRT operation. Robert’s background of 35+ years of leadership in construction allows him to use our manpower efficiently and keep materials flowing to the site for a seamless construction phase.

Jordan Green – Project Manager

Jordan is the newest addition to JRT team. Jordan earned a degree in Construction Management from Washington State University and is well versed in project management. Jordan’s responsibilities include AutoCAD modeling, quantity takeoffs, change order management, budgeting, document control, etc.

David Garcia – Labor Foreman

David has been with JRT since the beginning. With 10+ years of experience leading teams of carpenters, David ensures each employee has a detailed list of tasks and ensures they are completed in a timely manner.
